Four Primary Participation Levels for Future Home
Builders.
EQUITY-BUILDER: For those
persons with less than great Credit and Cash on hand; Contributions of Time,
Energy, Effort and Service can Earn Ownership in a Home; and ultimately
Earn their Own Home. Its also known as Sweat Equity.
PARTY-BUILDER: For those
persons with Moderate Income, Credit and Finance abilities; There are opportunities
for Two or More Borrowers to Co-Sign; Thus Combining their Borrowing Power
and Other Resources to qualify for Suficient Loan Capitalization, To Build!
OWNER-BUILDER: For those
persons with Good borrowing power, who wish to achieve a Positive CashFlow
living situation with Strong Equity, present in the finished building.
SPONSOR-BUILDER: For
those persons seeking Short Term, High Return, Low Risk Backing Opportunities
for RTO Building Projects; and who may or may not care to own their own,
or a part of an, RTO Villa Project.
